U is for Upton Gardens

There are some lovely tiered gardens at Upton House which lead down to a pond covered with water lilies. When I visited it was such a lovely hot day the garden was packed with people which made it almost impossible to take any decent photographs. But here are a couple to give you an idea of the setting.

I can feel the warmth. You did well to get shots without people.

Mutley - Wow! did I create that impression? I feel like I am stuck at home, most of the time...

It looks beautiful and quite empty!

Liz - It is beautiful. But it was quite full and a challenge to get any photos. The best garden terrace views are missing because of this.
