It seems one or two of these blooms opened up especially for St David's Day. So I photographed them to share with you :-)
I seem to have been especially busy today collating information for our local trade union page. The local paper has done us proud again in the last couple of days and I have still got lots of information from elsewhere to post too.
& as tomorrow it is Mothers day in the UK I have still got to finish a card off for that!

Yes just one or two have woken up ;-) :-)
They are lovely and I do miss them.
Thank You there are one of the first bits of colour in spring hear aren't they?
I am sure you must have some lovely spring sites too :-)
WHat a beautiful shot. I love the angle.
Thank You Jams :-)I was trying to get them to look interesting!
The local council has done us proud with daffs on the roadsides. Every year it's a glorious show. I'm glad yours came out in time for 'their' day!
They do look so lovely by the side of the road don't they? Lots of the roundabouts where I live have specially planted wild flowers on them that look really colourful over the spring and summer months.
