Sunny Sunday Drive

I didn't get much chance for relaxing yesterday, still rushing around too much!!!

But today was wonderful. I had a nice lazy morning, with lots of chance to read my book followed by a sunny afternoon drive. Really it was just an excuse to have coffee cake for lunch at a nearby National Trust property (Mmm! Tasty). With camera in hand I managed to take a few photos including one for my 52 week self portrait challenge.

So now off for that lovely relaxing bath I promised myself and maybe just a small glass of sherry before dinner ;-)

Nice to see the leaves and buds opening up for spring. I hope you enjoyed your NT visit. I have a season ticket from there, even if I don't get to visit as many places as I would like.

Thank You Ellee, I did :-) I have a season ticket too. One of my favorite things to do is visit gardens and try to get some interesting photos.

You must visit a lot of NT places.

Me and my ex once thought of getting one, but we worked out we'd have to visir NT properties most weekends for it to work out.

With football, you tend to break even at around fifteen games.

Well for me to visit one or two of my fave places locally 3 times a year breaks even...

Then there are the places I visit when on holidays and weekends away...

plus my just popping in and out like I did today...

I enjoy :-)

You take some really nice photos Cherie, you can take yourself to these places just by looking at your pics, you know what I mean?
