I commented to Welshcakes last night about my evening meal problem.
Plan A was delayed due to decorating and and unauthorised men on the track at Birmingham station which stopped all in and outbound trains!
Plan B had to be thrown in the bin so I ended up with...
Plan C was beans on toast. It seems Mutley and I had the same idea, we weren't together honest ;-)
Tonight back to plan A (Italian Chicken) it was delicious ;-)

I have been cooking for England in an effort to stock up the freezer! No more cooking for a while now! Yippee!
D - I should get a bigger freezer and do that myself :-) Just a question of where to put it...
Yep...I know. Have you thought about Freecycle? There always seems to be people offering freezers. I could do with a big chest freezer...may well advertise for one on freecycle.
