...It was suddenly very cold today, so cold it snowed! When I left work my car was covered in snow and I had to clear the windows for safe driving. It was so cold in fact that on the way home one of my hands became numb. I can't remember the last time that happened, it was years ago.
& I am still struggling with technology. After having a new computer at work (Friday) my personal contact list in Outlook has been lost. Also the corporate email list has missed off half of the people in my local office workplace and all of the people in the wider network. I don't seem to be able to send emails to my external contacts either, and sending them internally is a bit hit an miss too. It is making my life complicated. Ten minute tasks are talking over an hour to complete!
I shall leave you with a video of snow from my office window today.

There was snow in the city centre today...
I'm really HOPING it snows tonight.
I could do with the day off work.
Snow? Come to Scotland and ..... get no snow.
Bloody cold tho'.
We had some snow yesterday but not as much as you.
When will he give the Nobel back... ?
I really need that scene, Cherie, at this particular time. :)
Winter's started early this year - must be this global warming I keep hearing about!
Crushed - I am guessing there wasn't enough snow to keep you off work.
Calum - I thought Scotland was the place for snow?
Aileni - I think the snow was quite widespread.
James - I notice that this post is next to your lack of heating in the Bloghounds aggregator!
Dragonstar - It is reported as being the earliest lying snow in Shropshire for 70 years!
Very unusual to be so cold this early in the year, I just hope this is not a foretaste of an exceptionally bitter winter ahead or many are going to find life hard in addition to the prospect of job losses. Remarkably my wife had the foresight to buy a new sheepskin coat whilst visiting her family in Spain recently so she's very glad of it now. I'll have to continue pretending to be invincible though.
Wolfie - It is very unusual and last year we didn't really have any snow at all. Hmm yes, a sheepskin coat for this weather sounds nice :-)
